H/I beam production welding line
TM-2x 1000 Cross type sub-merged arc welding machine is the perfect machine style
designed by JINFENG for the purpose of welding the extra high H beam and using
in steel structure industry. The standard rail span is 4000mm. The machine composes
of auto-moving cross structure, auto submerged arc welder, flux recovering system,
striking arc device etc. There are two sets of welders and flux recovering
systems. The recovering system can contain 100kg of solder. All control cable
moves along with machine. We use dual drive for longitudinal drive system, frequency
conversion speed adjustment to insure the stable movement of machine.
