Driving device of this machine uses AC frequency control driving unit, and adopts
C02gas shielded arc welding at assembly. Its overall process is to conduct welding
and idling speed control by PLC in the frequency converter and 2 time relays.
Product main featureImprovement from former operation of manually adjustment wing panel and web positioning
at one end and conducted hydraulic pressing at the other to automatic alignment
at both ends, renders an accurate positioning and easy operation by removing
repeating adjustment for different plate specification and width, resulting
in reduction of labor intensity and improvement of productivity.
Operation of positive and negative leading screw driven by hydraulic motor features
hydraulic flexibility, and avoids of bad overloading performance of positive
driving.
Transformation from former front spot welding to center spot welding successfully
revolves such problem as work-piece swing end.
High requirement for precision of production and assembly results in high manufacturing
cost.
Two electrical arms equipped on run-in table can automatically perform alignment
and pre-positioning of wing panel and web.
